This morning I prepared a surprise quiz for them.
They had to answer on their own at first, then work together to find the solution. But, the questions on Power Grid were really easy, so it wasn't really a challenge, but I'll make some harder ones, heh heh...
We played a game of Java, and like other games with very diverse action options, it's difficult to repeat the same phrases in French. It's an extremely strategic game; you have to calculate what to do with your six actions to score the most points without giving the other players any opportunities.
It's not really suited to oral repetition. I think next time we'll play a game with fewer actions, like Ticket to Ride.
